Out of an abundance of caution due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Winlow Place Civic Club has decided to be proactive and cancel the March general meeting in order to ensure the health and safety of our neighbors.

Our next general meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, June 4th @ 7:30 PM. WPCC is closely monitoring the situation and guidance from the City of Houston & Harris County.
