The Neartown Association has put together a candidate forum for Houston City Council District C (Winlow’s District). This will be a competitive election, since our current Council Member, Mayor Pro Tem Ellen Cohen, has hit her term limit. We encourage everyone to learn more about who’s running to represent us!
