Kidnapping at W. Dallas and S. Shepherd
The following Crime Alert was released yesterday by another property owners association regarding a kidnapping and robbery that occurred in a parking garage located near West Dallas and South Shepherd- Two black males approached a female at gunpoint as she was going to her vehicle. They made her get into her vehicle and lay in the back floorboard. Then they demanded her ATM card. She informed them that she did not have an ATM card so they drove her in her vehicle around downtown to locate her bank. The victim was ulltimately released safely and the kidnappers took her car.
